In the description of the video it repeatedly states that the music is not copyrighted, if you want to use it you can as long as you give music credits all to the artist and their are links to the artist's social media you can use to do so.
To be on the safe side we thought to DM (Direct Message) the artist on Instagram just to be on the safe side, below is a picture of the messages of him stating it was fine for us to use his music and he appreciated we asked.
